Ben Seaton takes over as the CEO of UM Canada. Previously, he held the position of EVP and client business partner and has now stepped into the shoes of Shelley Smit, who has been named CEO of IPG Mediabrands. Ben will be responsible for shaping the strategy, direction, and day-to day operations of the agency and will continue to champion UM’s commitment towards innovation, sustainability, media ethics and, most notably, preserve the unique culture and community within the agency.
