BMO has been committed to driving positive change and has launched several programs to support diversity, equity and inclusion.  A key component of its new mission is to create “Zero Barriers to Inclusion”.

 To support the campaign, UM partnered with BMO on a short film titled “Jane’s Story,” featuring a young girl who has experienced a lifetime of negative stereotypes that conditioned her to become financially dependent on others.Click here to read more.
