Campaign has revealed the shortlist and winners for its second annual global Agency of the Year awards.
UM took home the top media agency award, and global CEO Eileen Kiernan was recognized as a finalist in the agency leader category.

Campaign cited UM as an innovator for challenging legacy ways of working, including investing in cutting-edge analytics and insights, and creating a groundbreaking, agile consultative model. UM was also commended for embracing diversity and inclusion as an agency-defining operating tenet and for leading the industry discussion on media responsibility and purpose-led investment.
