As the fifth CEO of IPG Mediabrands, Daryl Lee takes over day-to-day leadership of one of the world’s biggest and most diversified media services portfolios, succeeding Philippe Krakowsky, who becomes COO of parent Interpublic, and heir apparent to Chairman-CEO Michael Roth.
Lee, who most recently served as CEO of Mediabrands’ UM unit, now assumes oversight of its entire portfolio, including Initiative, Cadreon, Reprise, Orion, Rapport, Healix and media negotiation and intelligence division Magna.
