BMO Gamer’s Branch: Stealth Mode Banking

Many young adults are uncomfortable talking about their finances, especially with traditional banks. To address their banking apprehension, BMO and UM bridged the worlds of gaming and banking and used media to establish a new paradigm: “stealth mode banking", where they could navigate their journey anonymously online and, therefore, more confidently. Futureproofing both BMO and the financial health of under-35s, UM built an entirely new, industry-first banking ecosystem that harnessed the power of influencer/social media to deliver enhanced anonymity and advice to prospective customers.
